Planning your Glamping Site

Consultation and Analysis

The process begins with clear communication.

You define your specific vision and requirements, which the planning team uses to analyze the site’s potential.

This phase results in a preliminary plan tailored to the actual conditions of your land and target market.

Solution Development and Confirmation

Building on initial feedback, the plan is refined into a detailed proposal. This stage involves:

Perfecting the design of the glamping accommodations.

Iterating on the layout until every detail aligns with your business goals.

Finalizing the solution for formal confirmation.

Construction and Professional Installation

Once the plan is locked in, skilled technicians handle the physical build. This phase focuses on:

Speed and Safety: Rapidly assembling structures while strictly adhering to safety regulations.

Quality Materials: Using durable components that ensure long-term stability and minimize future replacement costs.

Ongoing Maintenance and Support

A successful site requires care beyond the opening day. To protect the guest experience, the process includes:

Regular Inspections: Routine checks to identify and fix wear or natural damage.

After-Sales Service: Access to a dedicated support team to resolve technical questions or operational issues promptly.

Solid revenue predictions for a well run glamping operation

  • Complete floor (or campsite) plans, showing room dimensions, location and/or distance to all partitions, doors and windows, layout of furniture, location of electric fixtures, plumbing fixtures, all heating units, fireplaces and flues and location of furnace room, if applicable.

  • Scaled drawings of the front, rear and one side of the building, showing doors and windows, footings and materials.
